Return Policy

At Cherry Pie Farmhouse, we hope you would be happy with your purchase every time you shop with us. At the same time, we hope you understand that as most of our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, pattern, design and material are to be expected.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Returned items must not have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns and refunds do not apply to sale items. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your request for a refund or exchange was approved or not. In the case of refunds, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@cherrypiefarmhouse.com. In the case of an exchange, we will notify you once the item you have exchanged for has been shipped out to you.
